  • What happened after i submit my information?

When you submit your information, you will be contacted by Mike Burtzlaff, Managing Partner of Fast Track House Buyers.  Mike will listen to your situation and help determine the best way that Fast Track House Buyers can help you.  In most cases, we will try to determine a price range on the first phone call.  If we agree that a deal is possible, Mike will schedule a time to view your house as quickly as possible so that we can finalize the price and sign a contract.  If we are unable to come to an agreement that works for both parties, we will do our best to provide friendly advice to assist you in selling your house.  At no point will we ever ask you to provide us with a single dollar.  We only make money when we sell or rent a house.

Our goal is to make the sale process easy for you.  After we sign a contract, we will handle all of the paperwork and work with the title company and any lien holders on your house to make sure that the sale goes through as promised.


  • Are you a Real Estate Agent?

No, we are not agents or realtors.  We are real estate investors.  It is not necessary to have a realtor to buy or sell a house.  However, we will use the exact same contract forms that realtors use, and we will close at a professional title company so that you can have comfort that your transaction is being handled properly.
